About deepaibots

We are engineers who happen to sell automation

Not a consultancy that subcontracts the build. The people who scope your project are the people who write the code, and they stay on it through production.

Why we started

Every automation project we inherited had the same shape: an impressive demo, a large invoice, and a workflow that stopped working within a quarter because nobody built the error handling, nobody wrote the runbook, and nobody was accountable after the final payment cleared.

So we built the opposite. A senior engineer embedded in your team rather than a delivery manager relaying requirements. Weekly deployable increments rather than a reveal at the end. Monitoring and documentation as deliverables rather than optional extras. And a refundable first month, because an agency confident in its process should be willing to price that confidence.

How we are structured

A small senior core with a wider bench of specialists we pull in for depth. No junior engineers billed at senior rates, and no offshore handoff after the sales call. The engineer who writes your quote is the engineer in your repository.

Internally we run the same agent tooling we build for clients. That is not a marketing line, it is the reason a team this size ships at this rate. Our engineering playbooks are captured as reusable agent skills, reviewed like code, so quality does not depend on which person picked up the ticket.

What we will not do

We turn down projects. Automation that locks in a broken process, agent deployments with nobody to operate them, content pipelines with no editorial review, and outbound systems designed to send more than a human would ever approve. Those engagements end badly for everyone, and the referral cost is higher than the invoice.

AI and ML

Applied AI lead

Retrieval, evaluation, and agent architecture. Owns the eval harness that gates every model change.

Automation delivery

Process mapping and workflow engineering. Runs discovery and owns handover quality.

Platform and security

Platform lead

Infrastructure, secrets handling, and the security review pack that gets clients through procurement.

Commitments

What is written into every agreement

Ship a product, not a demo

Every engagement ends with something running in production against real data. Slide decks are not a deliverable.

Month one is refundable

If the first month does not land, you get it back. We would rather refund than carry a project neither side believes in.

One human, many agents

A senior engineer accountable to you, with an agent fleet behind them. That is how a small team ships at this rate.

Your code, your cloud

Source, infrastructure definitions, and documentation transfer to you. No lock in, no proprietary runtime you cannot leave.

Priced by the engineer, not a salesperson

The quote is written by the engineer who would own your build.
