What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, company name, budget indication, and message you provide. When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address only.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

Why we collect it

Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to administer that engagement. Newsletter addresses are used to send the weekly brief and nothing else.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not enrich submitted contact details against external databases.

Client data during an engagement

Where an engagement gives us access to your systems, that access is governed by the engagement agreement and any data processing agreement attached to it. We work under least privilege credentials, we do not copy production data to local machines without written approval, and access is revoked at the end of the engagement.

Where we deploy to your own cloud account, your operational data never enters our infrastructure at all.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Engagement records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and contract law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address in the footer and we will respond within 30 days.
